Refund Conditions

Authorization Needed: Refunds require approval from the product creator. Since we’re resellers, we follow the creators’ refund rules. For technical incompatibility, we can process refunds without creator approval.

7-Day Refund Period:

  • Digital Products: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, as long as the product hasn’t been used.
  • Technical Issues: If there’s a technical issue not listed on our site, a refund may be granted within 7 days.

Payment Limitations:

  • Paysafecard: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Credit Card (Stripe): Refunds take 2–14 days to process.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Bank Disputes: Refunds are void if you’ve opened a dispute.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds aren’t granted for regret-based cancellations.
  • HWID Issues: Most products are HWID-locked. If you fail to prove you’re not sharing/selling your key, a reset/refund can be denied.
  • Third-Party Software: If you’re using antivirus or other conflicting software and refuse/can’t disable it, a refund won’t be issued.
