Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase because of a product defect, you may return it to us for a partial (50%) refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. No exceptions will be made. Refunds can only be processed on website orders (credit card/crypto). Gift card purchases can not be refunded.
To return an item, please send us an email or create a ticket in our Discord server with the following information:
- Order ID (5 Digit Number)
- License Key
- Reason for Return
After validating your refund, you will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase. Please allow 3-5 billing days for your refund to post. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Spotify Lifetime Upgrade
- Any Accounts (GTA, RDR2, Netflix, Disney+)
- Any Subscription-Based Menus
- Since we are resellers of these menus and not the actual developers, we must abide by their terms of service and refund policy.
- We have the right to deny refund requests for any reason.
