RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within SEVEN DAYS of the purchase date. No exceptions will be made. Refunds can only be processed on website orders (Credit Card, Crypto, Cash App, etc). Gift card purchases can not be refunded for any reason.

REFUNDS

After validating your refund, you will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase. Please allow up to TEN days for your refund to post. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.

PRODUCTS

Please view the list of products below to determine if your product is eligible for a refund or product swap. Products listed as a 50% refund can also be swapped with another product of equal or lesser value. No exceptions to this list will be made. Only one product swap per purchase can be made.

For products that are not working, you will be responsible for contacting the menu developers (via their Discord or forum) for support. You can then pass your ticket transcript or screenshots of the chat with them over to our support. Full refunds will not be given without this proof if your license key is already redeemed. Failure to comply will result in a 50% refund. A temporary outage (<24 hours) or only waiting a few hours for their support to reply will not result in a full refund.
